At Emelec Building Services Ltd, health and safety at work is of paramount concern, with every effort being made to ensuring that all parties associated with our work are accounted for. As full accredited members of the SAFE CONTRACTOR, CHAS and CONSTRUCTION LINE Health and Safety schemes, we have zero tolerance when it comes to Health and Safety in the work place; this allows us to strive to achieve our our goal of a zero accident rate.

We have a comprehensive company health and safety policy in place to which all parties associated with our business strictly adhere to. In order to ensure that we are continually meeting and exceeding these service levels, we subscribe to a number of industry schemes that monitor our policies and procedures so our customers know we are performing at the highest level.

Legislation

We utilise the services of a qualified Health and Safety consultant to ensure that our practices are in line with current standards and that our workforce is fully aware of any changes in Health and Safety legislation. Following changes to CDM in 2015 we provided training to all our engineers to ensure we are fully compliant at every stage of our work.

Training

We pride ourselves on using well trained and qualified staff to provide a high quality service with innovative solutions. Our site operatives are fully conversant with the national tool box talk register, with meetings held at regular intervals and documentary evidence kept at the head office.
