Emelec Building Services provides facilities management services to ensure the integrity of buildings in terms of maintenance and operational functionality. This enables the end-users of the buildings to concentrate upon their day to day activities whilst having the reassurance that they have a reliable contractor overseeing the facilities management and on hand to respond quickly to any buildings maintenance needs.

Our directly employed and experienced workforce is primarily used to deliver our facilities management services. In addition, we utilise our approved contractors to deliver some of the more highly specialised services as part of our facilities management solution. All of our contractors have to meet the same standards of professionalism, safety and customer care as our directly employed workforce.
